The Interim Walkway at High Line at the Rail Yards is open from 7:00 AM until dusk, or thereabouts
On certain parade days and holidays — July 4, Gay Pride, Halloween — where there are large numbers of people in the West Village and West Chelsea, the park closes early; it also closes during storms and threatening weather.
